Nerdu Badji Education (NBE) assists businesses with Indigenous employment solutions and sustainable employment outcomes. We offer recruitment services with an experienced Indigenous recruitment officer to source Indigenous candidates for all industries and identified positions. We can also enrol students in relevant industry training courses and assist them to learn the social skills required to develop a positive relationship with their future employers.

NBE works with clients to determine labour force skill gaps and offer sourcing strategies, skill development plans by setting and meeting targets, mentoring, retention and transition strategies to ensure the process is positive for all.

Utilising NBE networks across various industries, all participants in pre-employment training will have job placements at the successful conclusion of the course. Alternatively, we can provide companies requiring recruitment solutions without the inclusion of pre-employment training.
