EPIC’s 2021-2022 – Training For The Future kicked off for Round 2 of the Empower Connect Mentorship Program with a launch ceremony in the Darebin Parklands last month.
On the 10th of June our EPIC Mentors attended their first masterclass on Building Resilience in Self and Others. Its the first of many to come for our mentors!
Throughout the program they will complete NBE’s online training modules in Mentoring and Cultural Strengthening hosted by Grit Leadership a NFP Enterprise.
Mentorship is beneficial throughout all aspects of a person’s life and for both the Mentor and Mentee.
We look forward to taking our EPIC mentors on this journey.
